Fees

Vilac International School does not receive any grant or sponsorship from any agency; therefore, its successful operation and the provision of an excellent programme of study for students depend totally on the prompt receipt of school  fees. School fees can be paid termly or annually. Parents wishing to make annual payments will be offered a discount. Parents who also enroll more than one child will be offered a discount.

The full payment of fees for each term is due on reopening or latest the third week of school. Students with outstanding fees after this date will not be admitted to classes.

NB: Please note that no concession will be given if a pupil is absent at the beginning or leaves before the end of term.

Non-Payment of Fees
Where school fees remain unpaid by the deadline, the school will send the child home after a written notice has been issued. At the discretion of the Director, VIS may annul the enrollment contract and spaces of children with unpaid fees filled.

Where school fees remain unpaid, it is the school’s policy not to release reports or other school documentation at the end of the term until the money is paid in full. Under no circumstances will a student be allowed to return to school where tuition  or other charges remain unpaid.

Returned/Bounced Cheques
A GHC150.00 fee would be charged for all returned/bounced cheques.

Re-Enrollment
Vilac International School is committed to maintaining a reasonable class size of children. A re-enrollment package will be sent out during the term of anticipated return outlining tuition and deposit fee amounts. This re-enrollment offer will include  a deadline for acceptance. If the school does not receive a student’s re-enrollment deposit by the deadline, the space will be filled by students on the waiting list.
